Product description and composition: Ammonium sulfate contains a minimum of 18.6% ammonium nitrogen—a slow-release form—along with 20.5% water-soluble sulphur. It should be incorporated into the soil immediately after spreading. When fertilizing fruit trees, it is suitable to combine it with phosphate and potassium fertilizers.

Usage:
The fertilizer is used for all crops during spring soil preparation. It is highly beneficial for growing potatoes and crops requiring high sulfur levels, such as bulb vegetables, brassicas, and horseradish. As the fertilizer has an acidic reaction, ammonium sulfate is less suitable for acidic soils than nitrate-based fertilizers. On slightly acidic soils, it performs particularly well with crops that tolerate mild acidity, such as strawberries, small bush fruits, and potatoes. On alkaline soils, it is the most suitable nitrogen fertilizer.
Dosage:
Bulb vegetables 30–40 g/m²; cauliflower, kohlrabi 40 g/m²; savoy cabbage, cabbage, Brussels sprouts 60 g/m²; potatoes 50 g/m²; fruit trees and shrubs, small fruits 20–30 g/m² (increase rates by 10–20 g/m² for plants in full production).
